Africa by David (senegal)

the poem "Africa" is a poem all about Africa's beauty and the sacrifices it went through to find liberty. Every stanza of this poem talks about how africa was treated, how its people were treated, and how their bitter victory to liberty finally came to. the reason why this liberyt was bitter for them was because they had to go through so much torment, abuse, and threat to seek and find their liberty. many african's died in this event. what made it more difficult was that Africa was once a very firtle place with a lot of riches and the people not from Africa came and took control of it just because of the wealth.

First Confession By Frank O'Connor (Ireland)

The book "first Confession" was a wierd book to read.  I never knew thats how catholics prayed. this little boy in the story named Jackie feared confessing because of the stories that were told to him. he also feareed confessing because he had allot to confess about and many were bad ones like when he tried to kill his sister with a butter nife. By this story you can see that this region is really catholic.
Journal entry: Many of you know that im Christian and for those that didn't now you do.
i go to a Christain church and the activities we do is way different then the catholics or any other religion.
Christianity is not a religion its a life style, thats why we're different. during the service we listen to the real truth which is in the Bible. the Bible is the truth for us, being a Christian is an awsome experience you get to see the world with different eyes. if you want to live the same old boring life you have, don't come to a Christian church because it will change your whole way of living into the best way to live.
